Their customer service is highly inadequate. They sent me the wrong dvd, and I had to send it back to them before they would send me the correct DVD. It took several weeks and constant emails and Paypal reminders to get reimbursement for the cost of international postage. I would not recommend them. They are incompetent and unprofessional.

"discount" is a misnomer-- when non-Anime DVD discount stores have the products at a good $5 cheaper or more, the term "discount" has no meaning. 29.95 list DVDs are 24.95 at Discount Anime DVD, but 17.99 at deepdiscountdvd.com.

prices are good, but shipping cost is a damper on the total cost. otherwise, good service. shipment was received in less than a week

I was not pre-notified of an item being backordered, then purchased it, only to find out that it is backordered after the fact. I have not been given any timeframe in which to expect the product or any email from them whatsoever.

Nothing good can be said about DiscountAnimeDVD's "customer service" or lack thereof. I received an incomplete order from them, promptly informed them of the mistake and here, a month later, we're still no closer to knowing where the rest of my order is. The company does not provide a phone number so the only way to contact them is by submitting an online form. Then, if you're lucky, two to three days later you receive an e-mail that more than likely contains a question for you that could have easily been answered by reviewing your account or order history. It's appauling and I will certainly not be purchasing anything from these thoroughly incapable fools again.
