UCI Bookstore

over the past year their service has depleted. They're probably swamped but
I ordered something that they did have in stock and it took about 4 weeks from the time I sent my order to the time I received it. It was one VHS tape. I
received 4 different confirmations during those 4 weeks that said they had
processed my order and that it is ready to ship. I have been doing business
with them for maybe 4-5 years but I think it's time to move on to someplace
else until they can get their act together. They have a great selection and
pretty decent prices but their service is going down the tubes.
