I have order form them. I they have good prices. I also have a huge stock of manga, anime, goods ect. The only beef at times it can take, along time to get what you order.

The Right Stuf
Slow, slow, SLOW!! I ordered the Golden Boy LD and Gunsmith Cats VHS (both on special @ $6.00) on 3/5/2K. At that time, I was told by their salesperson that both items were in stock. Well, I never heard from them, so I called them on 3/24/2K and was told the Golden Boy LD had been discontinued, and the Gunsmith Cats tape will be sent to me that same day. I really shouldn't complain at those prices, but really, they should do better to keep the customer informed of his order status.

As an aside, I ordered the Gunsmith Cats LD from them a few months ago (another "special" @ $6.00); it took a full month to get to me.

Would I order from them again? Probably not.

I think the Right Stuf is great! They mostly sell tapes, but they sell them at fantastic prices. They sell each tape for 10% off the manufacturer's list price. I ordered a prepack. That is a set of tapes for a discount price. I got seven tapes for a mere $154. That's $22 per tape! When I ordered from them it didn't take too long, so I don't know what those other people are saying.

I gave you guys this rating for one reason. It took so damn long for the package to get here! I ordered it like 2 and a half months ago and it just got here today(today being the 29th). Your prices were fair and the quality of the merchandise was fantastic. But even though it is on backorder, it shouldn't take that long to send something to a customer. Oh yeah, and if something is discontinued(like the Green Legend Ran Box Set), your employees should tell the person that it is. I was so upset to find out that it was discontinued. Oh well. You guys do good, just try sending the packages faster.

Not bad. Ordered > $250 from them back in March, 1997. Took them a couple days to process the order and they didn't have some stuff in stock.

But first package came about 1 1/2 weeks after the order was placed, and then second package came a week thereafter.
Because the order was >$250, i got free shipping...and an additional 5%...
