Hmmmmm......."THEPLACE".........what kinda name is that........anyway this place is very boring, very simple, and you have to copy down the number to order, and the people there have a major problem. I ask a Q there and they answered "I cant help you, unless you get the number and pay the money"
You have to know the name for what you want and you cant even tell what "something" is unless you know what youre doing. (NO PICS OR EXPLANATION)
Only reason for a 4, is becauee they have a few unusual items I can only get when I go back to Japan.

The Place
Ordered Battle Angel Alita TPB (1-7) and Record of Lodoss War box set subtitled from these guys. Had to backorder vol. 7 of the Gunnm TPB from viz, even though they told me everything was in stock. Luckily, Viz is apparently in SF so it didn't take too long. Overall it took 'em about 1.5 weeks for them to get all the manga to me. Not bad. The ROLW box set is a whole 'nother story. I asked for subtitled. They sent me dub. I told them. They sent me dub again. I told them again, third time, they got it right. Anyways, it didn't end up being all that bad since they acknowledged it was their mistake and aren't supposed to charge me for the extra shipping...just an inconvenience cuz I had to drive out to the Post Office to return the dubs to them (Return to Sender, so it cost me nothing)...They ended up sending the third box set, before I had returned the previous 2 they sent....Took about a total of 3 weeks to finally get the sub..
