I onld order for them once. I would sey that you should order form somewhere else. Because here the prices are high and the shing is high too.

I think you whould only shop here if the Item is hard to find or can't find at all. Because they have lots of item that are hard to find or can't find enywhere else. But you will pay the price for it.

I think you would only shop here if the Item is hard to find or can't find at all. Because they have lots of item that are hard to find or can't find anywhere else. But you will pay the price for it. Unless it is on sale there.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ANIMENATION.

I live in Canada & I ordered DVD's from Animenation which got seized at customs. They do not take any responsibility for not knowing the custom laws of other countries and do not offer to pay for UPS to ship them back so you can get your money back. So, to get them sent back you have to have the parcel bonded so you end up paying over $50 in shipping to get nothing. I talked to 2 different people and they both said that they know that 1 in 10 get seized by customs, so they openly admit that they know some items will not get through but they send them anyways to make a quick buck with all the liability on the customer. They told me they could try and send them again, but isn't that conspiring to help me break my own country's laws? They now know that those items are not allowed into Canada, yet they are willing to send them again. It's not right. It's called ethics. They could hire one extra person to research custom laws and maybe help out their customers, but instead they're too cheap and screw over their customers. I will never buy anything from them again, and it's shady business practices like this that give American companies and the American people a bad name. Think about it!!!!!!!

You are ridicule, blaming on America and on AnimeNation because of the canadian customs law. Think about it.

Replies to email correspondance is yet to be quicker than two business days, order status is still unknown (after a week) and I havent been able to figure out from the site whether or not they do send out an e-mail when the order has shipped - preferrably with the UPS tracking number - or not. I paid using PayPal, which by itself imposed a two (business day) delay before I even got an acknowledgement that the order was recieved. Status unknown as is.

Maybe it's just me having a bad experience being a foreigner paying by PayPal - nevertheless, if you want less fuzz and share my situation, order somewhere else. Next time, I will for sure.

Reasonable prices compared to many other anime stores, but sometimes they take months to ship an item. Items usually in excellent condition. Easy to work with customer services.
