WARNING SPOILER AHEAD
This is my favorite anime movie of all time.
This very very emotional film has been the only movie that has suceeded to make me cry.
Though there arnt to many action scenes the animation was very good fitting to the actions that the did.
The music was very fitting to the plot as well. The music and characters seemed to connect, so everytime you heard a tune you would think of them.
The humor was very limited and that was a good thing in the case of this movie. The lack of humore contributed to seriousness of the plot.
The bit of humore that was there showed the babyishness and innocence of the little motherless girl, setsuko, makng the audience fall in love with her, and her heroic brother, seita. That is another reason that this movie was so very good.
Most of us Americans who see it dont think of the other side of war. We dont think of the children involved in the other side showing us what war really is about:death.
The audiances love for the characters helps the emotional impact of the movie at the end when

they die.


overall this was a good movie and if you watch it i recommed you have a box of tissues handy. really i do

i origionally saw this on a taped version from my amiga lisa
and didnt think much of it. The animation didnt apeal to me and neither did the plot.
It WAS funny though..very entertaining to the sence that galery was the kind of guy that i would imagine being in
bright neon swim trunks and saying things like narly dude!
i didnt care for the music either.
The only thing in this show that i commend is the unique and interesting characters. I definantly fell in love with zelgadis.
Overall i would recommed this anime only if you didnt have anything else better to watch.

Yes i have seen ALL the pokemon movies and this one in particular was my favorite.
I really think that there is a good message behind this story.
the animation was wondeful like always, the plot very good, humore same ol corney stuff that all of us
pokemon fanatics love, and i even own the soundtrack(though i owuld love to kill m2m cuz that song...dont say u love me...IS SOOO STUPID!!!!!!!)
oh and this movie brings ash and misty closer together which i like,
i recommend this movie.

I AM THE BIGGEST POKEMON FAN!
i have watched all the movies and i watch the show regularly. Well i used to.
in my opinion the old pokemon series before the whole jhoto thing was much much better.
Though it is hard to see the lessons behind the so-corney-its-funny-script they are a major part of the plot. Pokemon stresses
to appreciate the hard work of your pokemon and that being power-hungry or evil is not the way to be because power is limited, love is not.
The animation is awsome. And i guarentee that the opening song will get stuck in your mind at one time or another...

I absolutly loved this movie. The animation was great, especially the worm like texture of the demon thing.
Though humore was limited it added to the seriousness of the problem that made the plot so enjoyable. I do not remember the music in this movie very well but i think i enjoyed it.
overal this was a well-done movie that i greatly reccomend.
