Subject: Words of Praise

Dear Reader:

I first purchased quality equipment from B.C. Telescopes and Nature Supply about a year ago, at the recommendation of an astronomy friend in Ontario. Since that time, I have continued to enjoy ongoing the same honest, friendly, and reliable service. Being a person who values the importance of genuine product support, there have been none of the common disappointments often experienced with some other astronomy dealers. I can only look forward with confidence to any of my future transactions with B.C. Telescopes and Nature Supply. I have been in touch with old and new friends who share my affinity with this particular buisness.

If I might add, I would like to say that it sure is nice to delight in their line of affordable name brand items! The availability goes well beyond what is advertised at the website.

** They would not have withheld that kind of information from you. I have dealt with them enough to know this quite well. I feel your comments are worthy of my response in defence of B.C. Telescope, since it is not representative of the quality of buisness myself and others have come to know so well there.

** I am not surprised that B.C. Telescope was going to compete with the other vendor you mention. You also would have been informed of the amount of time this would have taken, relatively speaking, which does not say anything about the alleged poor customer service. If you would have not received this item in 3 days from B.C. Telescope, you would have been informed in an honest manner. How exactly can you make such an accusation of "not good customer service"?? Clearly, your claim is subjective and not quantifiable in this case.

This certainly is just the opposite from the service I recieved. I would heartily recommend them to anyone. They went out of there way to get me Pentax XW eyepieces that they ordinarily dont even sell. I had them each time in 2 days.
