You read the book yet? o_O I want to :) I can't believe I haven't yet. Maybe I'll get the book for Christmas. I've been hinting to Mom about it ;) Subject: Re: vote by BoomBoom By: webmaster Date: 01/05/2002 11:36:49 am PST Nope. Just thought it would be nice now that more people are back and have gotten more used to the new system. Some of the voting booths also started out un-even because they were ported from the old system. >A clean slate already? People weren't complaining or nothin' right? Naw, I doubt it. I'll keep an eye on things. Something might be awry in the summarizer. Subject: Re: Vote anonmalies By: webmaster In Reply to: webmaster (Original Message) Date: 09/29/2004 02:30:10 pm PST I found and fixed the problem... Repeat votes were getting counted when they shouldn't have. When votes were re-tallied, the non-counting votes were correctly ignored (and thus the drop in vote count). >It looks like the summaries of all the vote counts were all a little off..I just rebuilt them from the original votes. > >I'll keep an eye on things.
