I'd have to ask the webmaster but I think what is happening here is that while a registered voter may vote at this site every six hours only one anonymous voter may vote at a time in the same period and it's "First come, first serve". So if there's another anonymous voter like yourself and they keep getting here first you're out of luck as far as voting is concerned and if you get here to vote before they do then *they're* out of luck. A good way to resolve this might be to go ahead and register. It's free. If you're concerned about privacy you can get around that by using a p and just saying what you want around the rest (To use an obvious example "Small Pink Mouse" is *not* the name I use in the real world. ^_^). You *do* have to give a real email addy but even there it's not that hard to get a Yahoo or Hotmail account if you're worried about giving out your current addy (Nowhere is it written that you can'thave more than one! ^_~), and the last time I looked they would still let you register under pseudonyms without hassle (To keep privacy complete you might want to give a fake age or birthday but if you do then it's a good idea to remember what that fake birthday is in case you ever lose your password. The nice thing about such a pen name is that it allows us to distinguish you from everyone else and address you by something other than "Hey you!". And the nice thing about having registered is that it means that you and the other Gokou/Chichi fan will be working together to advance Gokou instead of inadvertantly competing against one another.
