I didn't really like the anime, looked a little cartoony for me. The story line is ok, so are the characters.

Intriguing story, but the low quality animation and horrible dubbing killed it for me. I couldn't really stand to watch it with those voices. I wish they would have subtitled it.

Overall is pretty fun to watch but still not
the best. I am quite disappointed in the dubbed version
that why I give it a 7 otherwise it deserve a 9!

Nice monster action anime. There are many interesting powers, great fight scenes, and I love the creature profiles. I only recommend the first series (episodes one through six) because the animation in the second series (seven through twelve)is quite pitiful. After seeing the Hyperzoanoid Team Five (some of the coolest creature designs I've ever seen) you will surely be let down by the subsequent zoanoids. one through six:8 seven through twelve:4 or 5

The Guyver is one of the best series out there. The only thing that bummed me out was that it ended at twelve episodes. The story line is great, as well the animation, the sound is great (although the dubbing was off, a bit). The Guyver, although bloody and bloody, blood is GOOD, tells of the heroics of a teenage boy trying to save himself and his friends. The Guyver ranks with anime like: Ninja Scroll, Rouroni Kenshin, Dragon Ball Z. The plot twists through out the Guyver are what made the series great, who expected Sho to kill his father, and a Reporter to be a Zoalord. The Guyver had many different traits that made it a great anime: drama, horror( sort of), action, suspense, comedy. The series on a whole is great. episode 6 was the greatest, a lot of action, blood ( blood is GOOD), information about the Cronos Corp., more blood, neat explosions, two Guyver units opening a giant can woop ass on a really cool bad guy, and more blood.
Episode 8 on the other hand was pretty bad, but introduces a new plot twist and some serius new bad guys, one of whom seeks revenge, and almosts kills Guyver 1.

The Guyver is my ALL TIME FAVORITE!! I'm the kind of person that's into sci-fi, action, adventure, horror, and JAPANAMATION!! The animation was great, I have no down sides to that, and the story line is cool. It's the kind of suspense for you to watch more and more and more ....... The characters also suit the part as well. The Guyver is funny, sad (I almost cried in one episode, not telling witch though), depressing and uplifting also. I give The Guyver a 10!!!
And I reccommend it to other anime fans as well. The one's that havn't seen it, you don't know what your missing!

I thought that the manga of Bio Booster Armor Guyver kicked ass, but the anime changed around the story to much, and the animation and dubbing kind of sucked.
