3x3 Eyes OAV 1
this used to be one of my favourite anime,
but since then, I have seen many other titles
(notably Evangelion) that have changed my perception
of not just anime, but fiction in general, and
while 3x3 Eyes is a very entertaining and well-told
story, it doesn´t leave you with much to think about
afterwards.

10 is perfection that is hard to achive but 3x3 Eyes comes darn close.
It`s a classic in my collection.
The animation was very good don`t let others fool you, characters are some of the most memorable ones ever, ranking up there with the likes of Ranma(you wont be forgetting pai anytime soon).
Now run to your import store and pick up 3x3 Eyes,Eva and DB Z.
Now if I could only get dirty little hands on 3x3 Eyes#7.

The Good: Good storyline and filled with action scenes.

The Bad: The ending leaves you wanting more.....much more.

The Ugly: Plenty of ugly demons here, Pai not nearly as cute when she's a
Sanjiyan.

Nitpicking: Where the hell are Yakumo’s eyes?!?

An amazing story with beautiful art and an enchanting musical score. The charactors are original, as is the story. A very well rounded and, in my opinion one of the best anime movies out there.

Why a nine? The animation shook me. It was humorous yet at the same time sad. It caused tears to flow down my cheeks. and it cause laughter to rumble from my tummy. It was just great watching the movie.

This is one of da best mange/ova i've seen (and i've seen a lot). Although it's kinda confusing from time to time, 3x3 Eyes ROCK! The relationship between da characters are very well planned and the fighting scenes are increadible....haha...I bet it must be very fun to be a 'mo' (immortal).

It's one of the best anime series. Also, I think that Yakumo should like Sanjiyan, she's been alone for 300 years man. And she's pretty nice and sophisticated.

You know, with all the 10 ratings before, I feel like I must be watching some different anime....The 3 x 3 Eyes I saw was about a guy named Yakumo who worked as a transvestite at a restaurant when Pai comes in and makes a scene. Then her bird kills him and she brings him back to life. I haven't seen the second OVA series yet, but I don't really see how this one is that great. It was okay watching it for the first time, but after that, I really had no desire to watch it again. Too long and drawn out. It did have some good animated sequences, but for the most part, it was just standard fare. If I'm gonna buy an anime about the occult, I'd much rather invest in an anime that has multiple replay value-like 'X'! But 3 x 3 Eyes the first OVA series is good for a rent.

The animation wasnt too bad, but it had a wonderful story line with great characters. YOZU TAKADA is just amaizing and the best. I Loved this video too
much, it had something that attracted me to it.

3X3 EYES IS ONE OF THE BEST ANIME AROUND TAKE MY WORD I STILL
HAVEN'T FINISHED IT YET I STILL HAVE TO GET THE LAST PART AND
PROBABLY WHEN I(or you)FINISH WATCHING IT YOU'LL WATCH IT OVER
AND OVER AGAIN.
IT HAS GOOD STORY LINE AND GOOD CHARACTERS,IT'S FUNNY,AND
SOMETIMES SAD BUT ONE OF THE CHARACTERS HAS VERY FUNNY EYES
WHICH IS YAKUMO FUJII ONE OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS AND ONCE AGAIN

I thought it had excellent movie for older type movie. It had an excellent story line that kept me intrested. It had an excellent plot, it was a type of movie in which you could not get bored watching it. It had all the great things an anime movie should have. My favourite character will always be Pai because she is so ditzy and always makes me laugh and cringe, whether she is doing something stupid or kicking the ass out of somebody. An excellent anime film. It should be one that eveybody should enjoy.
