Hellsing
Not your average vampire show!! This anime started out wonderful. Cool animation, cool introductions to characters...then, BLAM!! It fades off into the sunset and has the most disapointing ending I have ever seen second only to Neon Genesis Evangelion. This anime is all eye candy, and NO story!!

Animation -10- The animation is a wonderful sight. There are amazing fight scenes that are just perfect. Perhaps the only flaw that I noticed was the drawing of the police girl, she seems that she is drawn proportionally different on each episode, but its not enough to knock it from the 10. The animation alone makes this perfect.

Plot -1- Well as you can tell by the score, I was not too happy about it. There are some MAJOR flaws in this story, as when it ends, nothing gets answered. I mean nothing, nada. There are questions left about the Hellsing organization, about ALL of the characters, the story never gets below surface level and it leaves you hanging with many question marks. Its too bad, this could have easily been one of my top anime if it was not for this horrible story.

Humor -8- There are some noted funny parts, but for the most part, it is serious drama.

Sound Track -10- A cool jazzy opening, music that fits the scene, and an OK ending song. If you like a sort of dark jazz, then this is right up your alley...I personally plan on buying the soundtrack.

Overall -7- This had sooooooooooo much potential, but they focused EVERYTHING on action and no story, so it goes to the realms of what could have been.

Yeah, it totally needed a more thought-out plot...but it was still cool. ^^
