Ranma 1/2: Hard Battle
The third season of the Ranma TV series begins to get a bit tiresome, yet it still warrants a 10 for some of its especially hilarious episodes, many of which include the character Ukyo, who is introduced in this season, who is also one of my favorite anime characters. The series is redeemed by episodes where Ranma begins acting overly feminine, Akane grows a moustache, and Ryoga goes even more psycho when Akane agrees to a date with him. Although the variety of episodes in this season are a bit varied in comedic content, there are still some episodes that can make you laugh out loud and smile for the rest of the day. A convoluted season, yet it is still worthy of the comedy established by the first 2 seasons of this brilliant anime.

I didn't like it very much because I hate Ukyou, and I think the Ranma 1/2 series could do without her, but I did like all the Ukyou free episodes in it like Pretty Womanhood, Soap gets in your eyes, and a few more.

I think the animation was Great and the color isn't dull. I love
all of the characters exept for Shampoo and Mousse. I also like
it because Sarah Strange did the voices. The storylines were
really good. Infact it's my favourite series of Ranma! I think
that it was a really funny series.

Ukyo comes in, and I love this brilliant series even more. She's my fave female character in the series and is hilarious in how proud she is that Ranma thinks of her as the 'cute fiance'. More great humor, more wacky plotlines, and more perversion than ever before.

*sighs* It still gets a ten since it's Ranma... but... it introduces ukyou, who is the most POINTLESS anime character I have ever seen. She's supposed to be nothing more than 'comic relief' as Takahashi-sama herself said.... but she does an awful job of it. =/ Akane kicks ukyou's ass by a LONG shot.

I have to agree Ukyo's a worthless character, she thinks Ranma will at anytime see her as more then a friend he knew for a short time as a child. Yes she was made as another fiancee for Ranma, which all she does it provide some with thoughts that it would work out.

3rd season... One of the BEST seasons! All I have to say is it has the Romeo & Juliet episode!

Jeez, whats with all of the Ukyou bashing? I could bash Akane left and right (along with just about every other Ranma character) but you don't see me doing that.
