City Hunter 97: Goodbye My Sweetheart
This anime started off interestingly enough but eventually bored me. The animation was really good and the action sequences were alright. However the characters fell flat. It was really hard to sympathize with the villain and his sister and the antics between Ryo and Kaori got worn out after a while. The film really makes no attempt to introduce the characters and the relationships between them. The only character I really liked was the transvestite. Only for die hard City hunter fans.
