Heh. Very true. I seem to recall that at the time PRI came in around the 1910s English speaking enclaves were eliminated and the speaking of English became a capital crime. :p

(This may have also been the time when priests and Catholicism were banned from Mexico as well). ^_^;

A Woman's Poem

He didn't like the casserole

And he didn't like my cake.

My biscuits were too hard...

Not like his mother used to make.

I didn't perk the coffee right

He didn't like the stew,

I didn't mend his socks

The way his mother used to do.

I pondered for an answer

I was looking for a clue.

Then I turned around and smacked him...

Like his Mother used to do.

The 6th grade science teacher, Mrs. Parks, asked her class, "Which human
body part increases to ten times its size when stimulated?"

No one answered until little Mary stood up, angry, and said, "You should not
be asking sixth-graders a question like that! I'm going to tell my parents,
and they will go and tell the principal, who will then fire you!" With a
sneer on her face, she then sat back down.

Mrs. Parks ignored her and asked the question again, "Which body part
increases to 10 times its size when stimulated?"

Little Mary's mouth fell open. Then she said to those around her, "Boy, is
she going to get in big trouble!"

The teacher continued to ignore her and said to the class, "Anybody?"

Finally, Billy stood up, looked around nervously, and said, "The body part
that increases 10 times its size when stimulated is the pupil of the eye."

Mrs. Parks said, "Very good, Billy," then turned to Mary and continued. "As
for you, young lady, I have three things to say: One, you have a dirty mind.
Two, you didn't read your homework . And three, one day you are going to be
very, very disappointed."

"Dear Lord," the preacher began with arms extended and a rapturous look
on his upturned face, "without you we are but dust..."

He would have continued, but at that moment one very obedient little
girl (who was listening carefully) leaned over to her mother and asked
quite audibly in her shrill little girl voice,

"Mommy, what is butt dust?"

Church was pretty much over at that point.

For centuries, Hindu women have worn a red spot on their foreheads. We
have always naively thought that it had something to do with their
religion.

This has recently been revealed by the Indian Embassy in Washington,
D.C., that when one of these women gets married, she brings with her, a
dowry.

On her wedding night, the husband scratches off the red spot to see if
he has won a convenience store, a gas station, a doughnut shop, or a
motel in Canada.

If he gets a ' Sorry, No Winner', he is destined to a life of a driving
cab in Winnipeg.

The day of the Robot Maid comes closer. ^_^

(Then again, given that housewives will probably be the most likely customers, perhaps "Robot Butler" would be more accurate? ^_~)
