Beautifully done animation and the artwork was very detailed. The detail in the cars was uncanny. Although it has a pretty simple story, it was very enjoyable.

I like it alot! In the OAV, Natsumi is portrayed as a person who occasionally likes to drink a lot - something I can relate to.

Animation: Great. Very good detail, cute female character designs, etc. What you'd expect from Fujishima.
Sounds: Very good.
Story: Oh, I guess they forgot something when making the OVAs.

I watched it a couple of times and both times walked away saying, where's the story? There's nothing happening in these videos.

If you want You're Under Arrest, go find the TV series. It's way better.

I love this cute little OVA series! Really good animation (as always with OVAs) and realistic camera effects, like glare and raindrops on the lens (see ep.2). Lotsa action but not incredibly violent. lotsa kawaii babes!

I'm puzzled. Why must one say "light but fun" as if there is something wrong with that. Another thing. If female traffic cops in Japan are the least interesting on the force, what is the most. All they have in Japan is traffic. No crime. I'd rather watch a pretty girl mark tires than a guy. Or punch out a truck windshield. Or get drunk with her buddy. You think she drinks in these OAV's, wait til the tv series.
I did discover from the tv series that they do go armed. It's hard to see, but they all carry an automatic on a lanyard stuck in their uniform.
I think many of you need a vacation from monsters, mecha, tentacles, and sorcery.

The art is absolutely gorgeous. This is a character-driven series, with cars/bikes being the sidelight. Like CHiPs, except with chicks. ^_^

Miyuki is the best anime character on all the animes I've watched. She's very sexy and most of all very intelligent. The story line was great and very involving.
