I just wanted to say something and this seemed the best place to do it because most of it was done here. Why does everyone keep insulting Sailor Moon?!?
okay, so maybe they have the same eyes as Digimon. That still gives you no right to insult them. Sailor Moon is a cool TV show and it's animation I find completely different from Digimon but somewhat simalar to Pokemon.So stop herassing her! Oh, and about Digimon well, when I first saw a picture of Matt I thought he was a girl! I thought he was Yui! (Yui is sorta an evil character from Fushugi Yugi!) Anyway i've only seen a few Digimon episodes so I don't know what to rait it.


P.S. I don't like Pokemon! and Sailor Moon is the best anime and manga ever! Naoko rules! And anyone who insults Sailor Moon, I hope their ass burns in hell! sorry i swore.

I have made up a listings of Digimons good things and their bad things.

Bad:They just think up of any names for digimon. Do the names have any meaning? At least most pokemon names describe them a little.

There is really no charm.

They don't have almost-bring-tears-to-your-eyes-moments. Pokemon does.

They don't have much comedy. Pokemon has tons in each episode. E.g. when ash pretends that he is tarzan and hits a tree.

Obviously, there are two kinds of people with their feelings.
It makes me rather indignant to see the total ignorance of
some people. You may look at the end of any Digimon show
and it will say "Copyright 1999". Pokemon was designed in
Japan in 1995. Therefore, Digimon is an utter rip-off
of Pokemon. Digimon resembles Pokemon so much that
it angers me. There is true reason for Pokemon that
I have seen. I do not see it in Digimon, but this might
be because I do not know a lot about Digimon (except the
silencing copyright dates.

Postscript: I am eleven. I hope some people start to follow
this example and use proper spelling and punctuation.

The animation was good enough, and the story line was rather run-of-the-mill, although with a wonderful modern twist to kids saving the world. The characters are all interesting, although the Digimon are surely the best. Funny, sad, depressing, and uplifting in turn.

Pokemon SUCKS compared to Digimon.Here are the reasons why.
1.Digimon can actually talk.
2. Digimon has much better animation.
3.Digimon characters are much better than Pokemon characters.
4.Unlike Pokemon,Digimon has the key ingredient that all shows must have to be good.It's called a plot.
5. I personally don't CARE if Digimon is a ripoff,It's still better.

I know for a fact that many of the people who like digimon once watched pokemon. I also know that 99 out of 100 pokemon fans have never seen digimon.

In conclusion, many who like digimon have also seen pokemon
AND
many who like pokemon have never seen digimon, or never watched it long enough to form a real opinion.

It's so popular it must be good

Digimon fans think:
It's so cool it is good
