Adult Oriented mostly. Weak plotline...A plot twist here and there.
So-so quality animation.

This is one of my favorite all time japanamations. It blends
horror with sex. The monsters were spawned from a vivid imagination
like the spiderwoman that can castrate you after you've just had sex
with her with VERY SHARP TEETH!Sex violence horror it's all here.
I couldn't comprehend the ending though.

Not much of a story line in this flick. They rushed the ending into 5 mins.
The action in the movie was good but, i could care less for the characters.
If it wasn't for the twisted sex scenes i would of fallen asleep.

Classic "dirty old man" (jusepia mayarte) , good voice for taki . Animation made the eyes bulge and an ever-confusing story that still dazzles when an avid viewer watches for the ump-teenth time. The end left more possiblities than the opening did. (Duh??) creative use of a crucifix ! (if you've seen it , you know.) Interesting Gin / Makea scene . makes one wonder, what's next????? entirely amusing , fun to watch and thoroughly entertaining. FUN MOVIE !!!

This movie gets both thumbs up! It kinda needs a little more action, but it don't compare to the action homeboy got at the begining of the movie! (Those who seen it know what I'm talking about!)

This movie kicks serious ass. I wouldn't reccomend if to kids, but I think that it's up there with Vampire Hunter D and Akira as classics.

worth watching, but forgettable.
ninja scroll is far superior.

Damn good animation, loved the old dude...Storyline could've used a little more work, but I love the supernatural "Men In Black" feel to it...

This was pretty bad. The sex scene at the begginning was erotic if you like that sort of thing. There are many perverted old men in anime but they're not supposed to actually get laid.

I liked the story, and Taki and Makie are cool. I was glad there was a happy ending, and the plot is good, with a few surprises. The animation is not top of the line. Definitely worth watching.
