Excellent drawings, captivating storyline, great characters(especially Nadia...), funny and sad at the same time. Simply the best anime I've seen. In fact, I checked out every existing sites concerning Nadia. If U have any exclusive or never-before-seen pictures of her, PLEASE send them to me!!

It is a touching cartoon.I like to act just Jean.He is always splendid.The most interesting part is when Jean could not invent something perfectly.But it shows to young people like me to try something is very important.This cartoon shows to be succesful in life even if there are dangers everywhere.In our real life,we meet a lot of difficulties which are surprising.

This is one of the greatest anime series. A very thought provoking series. One point of caution, avoid the US dubs. Try to find fansubs somewhere. You'll thank yourself if you do.

I loved it!,We are very fortunate that it was shown here in the
Philippines ( take note: everyday Mon-Fri, 10:00 a.m. at ABS-CBN
channel 2,could any country showing anime top that?!.It was shown
from start to finish all complete episodes.It was renamed here instead
of "bluewater"it was named "Mahiwagang Kuwintas" and was excellently
dubbed in our filipino language "tagalog".Others was Zenki at 3:30 in
the afternoon.I sometimes cut-class just to watch it everyday before..
I hope they would air Gundam W soon.

This was very cute! (albeit kinda slow) Grandis rules!! Hanson rules!! Sanson rules!! Really really nice to see such an ethnic character design, too (Nadia). Her and Jean are a cute couple.:) The only complaint I have would be those stupid guys with the pointy triangle heads..ugh...BO-RING. I couldn't believe how CHEESY the head Neo-Atlantean's lines were (What was his name again? Oh, well, who cares)

I first stumbled upon "nadia of the mysterious blue sea" at the age of 11 . Then I was living in Italy. Unfortunately just after the italian broadcast of the first six episodes my family moved back to the states. That series stayed with me for years to come. It was only 2 years ago (1998)that I finally got to finish this series that I started 7 years earlier. I don't regret the wait. I loved the wonderful fansubtitle done by Jimaku and others. Thanks to fansubs I was able to view the adventure of a life time. "Nadia" has all that I like adventure,mystery,romance and more. It's the world seen through two youngsters who are no longer children yet not fully adult. Anyways I love the japanese voice acting and the soundtrack. The fansubs are hard to find since the series is supposedly going commercial. I seriously doubt this. Streamline dubbed and subtitled the first 8 episodes than dropped it. ADV films announced acquistion than never mensioned it again!!! WASSUP WITH THEM PEOPLE!!!! THANK GOD FOR FANSUBS!!!!!
