I purchased my home theater system ( Sony 53" TV, Sony Receiver, Sony DV Player, Snell Acoustics Speakers, etc.) and had good experience. Make sure that you ask for the owner- Elias.

I called and spoke to one of their salespeople. He quoted me on a demo Yamaha receiver. The pricing was excellent. I asked him to hold it and that I would be there in 45 minutes. I showed up 45 minutes later and no demo unit to be found. They couldn't locate the sales person I spoke with. After a lot of arm twisting and another 45 minute wait, they agreed to knock down the price of a new unit. Maybe the key for dealing with these guys is mail order. I sure won't do it in person again. Low marks for customer service.

I ordered a Denon AVR-3300 from Nick. He was pleasant and helpful. Even though the price was slightly higher than others I received, I went with AVI for two reasons. One, they had the item in stock, and it went out the day I ordered, double-boxed. I would have had to wait for other vendors to get the item in. Two, they are an authorized Denon dealer. Everything went very smooth, and I had a very positive experience.

I just purchased a Denon AVR-2800, and found Nick to be very friendly and helpful. I ordered the receiver at 5:00pm and it was at my door at 9:30am the next day, double boxed. Not only did AVI have the best price I could find, they are also an authorized dealer! I would definitely use them again.

I just purchased a receiver from these guys and Nick is nothing short of great. He's very patient and knowledgable. The store's good selection and same day shipping make buying from AVI a no-brainer. One of the best shopping experiences I've had this year.

I couldn't be happier with AVI. Nick was great! I ordered a Denon AVR27000 receiver and Polk RM7300 speakers. The receiver arrived within 2 days, just as promised. The speakers were out of stock, but they showed up just as promised, within 7 to 10 days. All came via UPS double boxed, with manufacturers warranties. I might add that the prices were the best!! I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered a Yamaha receiver and received it in two days.(I live in Puerto Rico).They have good prices, send me doble boxed and factory sealed.I talk with Nick is very amable and patient.
