Audiolab
Purchased a Cambridge Audio CD6 CD player from them when I saw a special on their web site. I e-mailed them asking if the special was still valid and a salesman called me the next day and took my order. Received my CD player 3 days later.

Excellent service, I wasn't spending a million bucks, but they treated me as though I was.
Very knowledgeable staff.
The prices that they gave me topped all the other competitors.
I will use them again.

If there was a rating beyond 10, Audiolab would get it- about the only way they could improve is if they were to drop their prices to levels that would raise the attention of the manufacturers. In all my experience, the number one problem that I've had with mailorder is communication and service. The kind folks at Audiolab are always in touch, and have spent countless phone calls with me to straighten up messes created by disorganized but well-intentioned manufacturers (cough SALAMANDER *ahem*) and have also saved me much cash with prices that are most competitive. Would willingly pay a little bit more for the peace of mind that comes from ordering from these guys.
