Subject: Not Reliable By: Anonymous (xxx.xxx.21.197) Date: 09/17/2005 10:02:08 pm PST Purchased 10 high end items on May 4, 2005. Took 5 weeks for 1st in-store item to be sent. After many phone calls and emails, next 2 items sent. Received damaged B&W speakers, may be UPS's fault, but hesitant in sending them back because it had taken so long to get them in the first place. B&K receiver was sent in wrong color, but once again, took 2 months to get it. Took until the end of July and into August to receive most merchandise. Lots of excuses and blame. As of Sept. 17, 2005, have yet to receive the remaining 1 item from them. NOT RECOMMENDED. Page 1 of 1 |
