This movie was an all around good rental. Excellent animation, sound all wrapped up in a very interesting story. The characters are quite likeable and well developed. I personally enjoyed the emotions that I received from this movie. Personally I thought it was very inspiring in a "never give up" sorta "fight for what you believe in" kinda way.

All in all i'd say its a great rental for a friday and maybe even prom night if you can't get a date.

The animation of this movie was excellant. Although the plot was somewhat hard to follow. All in all i think it was a pretty good movie.

Good overall anime, great ending. The girl was a bit too scantily-clad for my tastes, but the rest of the movie was quite good.

Im being generous because of great art and animation. But i saw this on dvd and there was only enlish available the dubbing was horrible. The story line was a boring line just about this 3rd who wanted to know why she was created woohoo lot of fun there. I never saw the oavs and probably dont plan to because of such boring story and i heard that it cut out 45 minutes and added very few new scenes. This probably would have been better if it were subbed. This falls very short of trying to be a Ghost In the Shell.

The animation was one of the best I have ever seen. Plus the stroy line was vary well put. It keeped you onyour feet.

Okay I really tried to like this. The story wasn't that developed but I heard that 45 minutes was taken out of the OAVs but even if that was still there I really didn't care for the plot. Though this does have very good animation and art. That was probably the best part. And theres only english and it sucks because of elizabeth berkley.

I like the story line. Pioneer did a really good job with the production. The dubbing with some big name stars is pretty decent.

I haven't seen the OAV, but Polymatrix was excellent. Fantastic animation, good voice acting, nice looking characters, and a great storyline that has something for everybody. My favorite anime movie.
