I ordered speakers on a weekend, realizing that I had not been able to specify color. I emailed Sound Distributors on the weekend and got a reply to my question on a Sunday. The speakers shipped out quickly and we received as promised.

Well, my first purchase from SD wasn't a perfect experience, but at least it gave me the opportunity to see how well they handle problems.

I purchased a pair of Klipsch RF-7 speakers, for what I think is a very good price. When they arrived, one of the speakers had been damaged shipping. I sent email to SD informing them of the problem, and received a reply within 1/2 hour. There was some problem getting the shipping company to pick up the broken speaker, but SD shiped out the replacement before the broken speaker was picked up (so I wouldn't have to wait).

I don't think any of the problems I encountered were the fault of SD. Every time I sent email or called on the phone, they were there, so I was sure the problems would be resolved, and they were. Now, I have a pair of RF-7 speakers for a price that I could have paid for RF-5s.

I'd buy from them again, and probably will.

I bought at SD because of the price. The price on my HK320 was $200 less than local, the HKTS 5 speakers were $60 less. I figure $300 savings overall. The merchandise arrived on schedule in new condition. I was leary of purchasing something this expensive over the Web from a company I knew nothing about, but I am a believer now!

The prices are great, service is top notch! The only drawback would be that HK does not honor the warranty on Web purchases, but Sound Distributors honors the manufacturers warranty.

Eric was very awesome. When we called to place our order he was very fast and helpful. I highly recommend Sound Distributors becasue they have fast service and they are very effecient. Also, I recommend sound distributors because the speakers that we purchased was packaged very good and the Klipsch speakers RF-62II sound very good. I am not finished with my Home Theatre yet and I will purchase again from Sound Distributors.

I purchased the RF-62 II speakers from a Klipsch authorized distributor, Sound Distributors

I really recommend going with authorized dealers. Sound Distributors answered all my questions on these speakers (and every single e-mail was answered in under an hour). If you have a question, I'd contact these folks.

Additionally, they shipped the speakers the same day. I did place the order in the morning, but I had the speakers in my house two days later and their shipping is FREE.

Recently bought a Premier Acoustic PA-8F Home theatre system, a pair of PA wall and ceiling speakers from Sound Distributors. I placed an online bid on what I thought was a low bid for the PA-8F system and within 3 minutes my cell is ringing. Not only did Eric accept the bid, he ended up throwing in two extra PA-8S surround speakers to boot. Every time I call or e mail a question or request it is answered within the hour every time (I'm talking at 8-10 contacts within the last month). When I needed to exchange a pair of speakers for a wall pair, Eric knocked the price down on the wall pair another 10-15%. I ended up keeping the extra Surround speakers and now have an 11.2 system. Great Service!!!!!
