perfect service - extensive product selection. Eric was great -placed my order and received it within 3 working days. Answered all my questions - i love the system. i would highly reccommend them to my friends.

Wow did I save money. I purchased a full Infinity Home theater system with a Yamaha receiver. i saved over $600.00 buying from these guys instead od Circuit City. I got my order 4 days after it was placed in perfect condition. If your looking for electronics your in the right place!!

Their prices are good, but you can bargain for lower. I got 10-15% LOWER than th
e prices advertised on the web. I called leesvideo.com and got them to beat soun
d distributors' price by about 10% and called sound distributors back to get the
entire order for a little less. Did not order from leesvideo as they did not ha
ve Infinity QPS-1 surrounds.

The order shipped out the day after I placed the order and arrived exactly as pr
omised.

Eric was good about refunding $100 (read on). I lost my credit card, so he has agreed to send me a check.

Negatives:

None of the speakers (RS-5, BU-120, CC-3, QPS-1) were double boxed. None of the speakers got damaged, but I would have preferred them double boxed. Maybe you can ask them to double box.

I ordered some speaker wire and optical cable along with the speakers but they forgot to ship it. Eric offered to send them by express mail but I chose to get money back as the cables were almost as cheap locally.

The packaging of the owners manual which came with the CC-3 box looked as if it had been opened and shabbily re-sealed. Also a yellow/blue warranty information card was missing (it was there with the rest of the speakers). I talked to Eric and he said that all there speakeres are brand new and factory sealed and to listen to the sound quality ... blah blah blah. Well, the sound was top notch so I did not mind.

I would highly recommend them.

Great service - excellent prices!! I received my complete come theater system in 5 days from the order date. They arrived in perfect condition. I purchased infinity overture 3 speakers and a denon AVR-3300. They are brand new and factory sealed. I will go back to Sound Distributors to finish my home theater system. this is a great site for customer service. One that you do not have to worry about!!!

Great prices. Ordered 2 Denon AVR 2800's on a Tuesay and received them both by Friday as promised. I would not hesitate to buy from Eric again.

Ordered a full system from Eric on a Monday - the trucking firm called me Friday to set up delivery. I saved about $700.00 over retail and they back the factory warrantee. Full system by Klipsch RF-7, RC-7, RS-7 and the new RSW12. Love it and love there web site.

Not only did Sound distributors have THE ABSOLUTE LOWEST PRICE on my Polk Home
Theater System but my order was processed right away and my delivery arrived earlier than expected. Eric also responded to my email requesting UPS tracking numbers right away so I'd know when my order arrived. For quick service and good prices, add these guys to your FAVORITE list

I was one of those who sat on the fence a long time trying to decide whether or not to trust buying from an online site. But the prices finally convinced me. The equipment was ordered at the holidays (2001)- klipsch speakers and a Denon receiver. The receiver arrived within five days. The entire set of speakers took less than nine days to arrive. All were received in great shape as promised. All questions to Eric were answered promptly. If you are ont he fence and unsure, go for it. I did and it is really paying off with some tremendous home theater sound.
