Toshiba TP50H95
Bought this TV cause I was able to sit little closer to TV than the others,(10 to 12 ft away) and for its excellent value. Lighting is spectacular and I didn't have any trouble adjusting the pictures, I'm no expert but I believe that this TV is one of the better value in price and quality combined. Only problem is that you can see some reflections of the background on the contrast screen protector, just a very small negative though.

The line doubler allows you to sit almost twice as close to the set as other RPTV's. The features are just what you want. 1 Component video in; 2 S-Video ins. 3 composite video ins. The picture does have trouble with fast action sports with busy backgrounds, such as basketball or outdoor soccer with inconsistent grass coloring, because of the progressive scan chip, but is bearable. The picture is spectacular with static viewing such as news casts and cartoons where there is little picture change or color change.
