I found that the service was excellent. An international order was received within ten days, actually closer to seven days. Their prices were very good and even the postage was not excessive considering the speed with which they delivered

Very easy and reliable international shipping. They send away parcels the same day I make my Internet-order. DVDs need one week to get to Germany. The always write "software $20" on the customer declaration, so the parcels often slip through customs.
Also customers' support is well reachable via e-mail.

Excellent service, I received my order within 2 days by FedEx, sent to the UAE.
Prices are also very competitive. A slight quibble is the restriction of 6 titles and 1 order/week for international orders.

They are the fastest, most reliable DVD retailer in the country. They have the best prices, most up to day selection (probably the best selection) and almost never have a backorder on their products. I have spent hundreds of dollars with DVD Express and I don't regret one penny.

The best online DVD store. I ordered from Ken Crane's and DVD Express at the same time. DVD Express delivered my discs two days later, and Ken Crane's delivered one of the two discs I ordered a week later.

You can't go wrong ordering from DVD Express.

Web site is very slow, and I could not get their address form on the Web to believe me that I live in CA. Pathetic, if not even the web site works. Since their web site won't let me register I'll take my business elsewhere ! Two points for good prices, though.

Ordered my first 2 DVD's on Saturday and got them on Tuesday. CA to Vermont.
Their WEB Site is great, as well as their order and tracking system. I certainly will order from them again.

call to change order, because one was not in stock and i didnt check before ordering. Order on website changed instantly. Nice have tracking number with order status. I had problems registering at first because it doesnt tell you the your login name is unavailable, just a generic error. But once i figure that out it was a breeze. Website it pretty good, just need some tweaks here and there
