ScopeTronix Astronomy Products
For the accessories I purchased (red dot sight), prices seemed slightly better or in line with others. Only minor issue, when I ordered the sight on line, price transferred to the order form was not a sale price-- later found a different page on their web site with the item on sale-- cancelled the first transaction and ordered at the lower price. I don't know that this wouldn't have been fixed in the order process had I not noticed this myself, just think the sale price should have been noted on the original page. Shipping was to England, took less than 10 days.

Jorden Blessing was very helpfull. I needed to know if the Astro 300 tripod was going to work with my wheelchair. He took measurments and answered my questions via e-mail promply. UPS lost the tripod and Jorden sent another one nextday air with a Saturday delivery. Florida to Washington State in less that 24 hours, with no cost to me. I'll be dealing with him again.

Just received my first order from them. It was only for accessories but was handled in a very professional manner, just as if it were a large order. Could not be more pleased! Thank you Jordan.

I have ordered at least a dozen times from Scopetronix. Each time the items came as promised, and within a week of being ordered. They have taken the time to help on special requests and orders. I could not ask for more from a company, and I will definitely contiune to order from them.

Ordered their digital adapter and recieved it in 4 days. No problems. When I had questions about the equipment they were quick to respond and even asked if I wanted to return the item. I didn't have to return the item, but their offer was nice. I recommend then all the time. Good place.

Prices are good, service is excellent. Jordan Blessing really goes the extra mile. I purchased a 40mm Scopetronix Plossl just about the time Taiwan had a major earthquake. Delivery thus slipped way out so Jordan offered to substitute a more expensive Celestron 40mm. Then the Postal service messed that up and he quickly 2nd day shipped another one. I've bought lots of small Items from Scopetronix with nary a complaint.

Excellent support on the products they sell. I had trouble with FedEx returning a product and not delivering to me. So Jordan Blessing emails me, asking about the problem, it gets resolved and the product is sent promptly by UPS. Very useful vendor and he ships fast and reliably, and follows up after the fact. Highly, highly, recommended.
