Service and delivery actually very good, although never received any type of eMail confirmation on an order. Was not sure whether or when to expect delivery. A quick confirmation eMail, even automated, would be an improvement. Still, more than happy with their service.

Great, responsive dealer. Placed a phone order for a scope, received scope 3 work days later. Got a good price, dealer covered shipping, speedy process. I have already ordered some additional equipment and look forward to dealing with Scopetronix in the future.

Perhaps my favorite place to shop on the net. Jordan Blessing is always helpful. Orders are filled promptly.
I've ordered a number of items from them and recently ordered a couple of their brand-name eyepieces. Both were quite a bit less than Meade, Orion, etc. with excellent optics. I highly recommend their site.
