Locals Fry's electronics (San Jose, CA) has many of the same titles for
$19.95 instead of $24.95.

The service was excellent; 2-day delivery via USPS Priority Mail.
Their prices are now down ($19.95 for $24.95 titles). I couldn't
be happier

I am from Australia and.. after a lot of trial and error with other stores have found this to be the best. It is not the cheapest, but that is not my priority.
After 24 hours I went back to check my order status and was pleasantly astounded to find my order had been shipped at 4am. I can only assume DVD Cave is a 24 hour operation........

Excellent service, I received the three orders I have placed with them within 5
days at the most, this was by FedEx to the UAE. Pricing is also good.

Great web site where you can check the status or your order. E-mail confirmation when you place order _and_ when the order ships!
Prices are also competative.

Only gave them a 9 because they didn't get the anime titles I pre-ordered on their release date, which delayed my whole order by several days....

Ordered via the web. Delivery to the UK in 2 days using Fedex.
I recieved 2 emails, 1 on reciept of order and another giving the tracking
number on dispatch.
I will definately order from them again

By far the best online shopping system I've seen. You can add or delete items at any time until your order ships. If your order is waiting on one preordered title, you can choose at any time to let the available titles ship, even if you originally said to hold the order until complete. When your order ships, you get prompt e-mail and can easily track the shipment through their Webpage. And the system remembers your address and credit card number, making reorders easy. These guys have everything I want in online commerce.

Their prices are not the very cheapest, but they're competitive. The really cheap places I've tried don't have as many titles available, don't handle preorders as smoothly, and you never know if your order has shipped or not.

The prices are pretty good, with some exceptions. the MSRP 19.99 DVD's are about 15.95 on average, when I can get them at DVD express for 13.99 or Costco for 12.99. However, they are usually a good deal on the high priced ones. I love their shipping rates -- i just put together a 13 DVD order; shipping was 3 buck for 2 day Fed-EX! So, it's the best for large orders, I think, as you save on shipping.

Great web site too; my favorite on the web.

Excellent prices. All orders were delivered promptly. Has very good web-ordering system. It lets you view your order history and if your order wasn't processed yet you can easily change it. Very convinient.

I must be the only girl who got ripped off from these guys. I ordered a title that was supposed to be in stock, then got an email that it was out of stock 2 days later and would take a week for my order to arrive. The next day I got charged for the title, (which was ok by me because I thought they shipped it) the week went by and no dvd. I emailed them and 4 days later they got back to me and said they didn't have the title in stock yet. Then I noticed on my credit card bill that I was actually charged 4 times for the dvd I have yet to recieve. Emailed them the problem... it took them one whole week (7 days) to get back to me. They insisted they didn't quad charge me and tried to tell me that I did get my dvd already. I had to actually fax them my credit card statment to prove they over charged charged me. AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE DVD I ORDERED! Forget these guys and go with amazon.com or dvdexpress.com.

Movies were charged against my account and not delievered. They refused to do anything to correct the problem. This is after I have ordered well over 38 dvd's in the last two years. Not professional or caring in terms of how they treat their customers
