i have to agree they need to train thier people better, thier prices are compareable but the employees could be repalced by monkeys.

The biggest problem, ws finding them first in Lakecity, it wasn't easy. As for price they were ok but nothing big deal and to make me want to drive back there again. My son did find some games which made him happy but he can find them for the same price and closer to home then them.

They've gone down hill a bit they seem more interested in having odd toys instead of all the electronic and car things they had before. The last time I was there the guy who I tried to get help from wasn't the most brghtest guy around, it didn't impress me.

I don't buy to much on line but when I finally did, they did a great job for me and I had my items for my daughters birthday in a lot shorter time then most places you try to buy from.
