I bought my tak fs 102 used on astromart.It came with the clamshell and 2in visual back'So i save a littel off new price which they are on sale now for $1895.Plus they have the new model with micro focuser and retractable dew sheild and the scope is 2in shorter.My scope is mounted on a gp-dx.Views are breathtaking'perfect startest/Excellent widefield views and does great on planets and lunar,Contrast is the best and sharpness hard to beat.No color on bright objects that i can see.Focuser is very smooth.but can't wait to add the micro focuser.All in all a great scope.thanks bob hart

This is my most used ep's in my denkmeier bino,It gives me my lowest power with no vingetting.They are tact sharp.The best contrast i have seen and just plain excellent.The value is unreal.You can get them use for $70.If one needs a great pair for bino this is it,Also in mono they are great.Can;t go wrong with these ep's thanks bob hart

I bought 2 18mm radians for my bino to try.The views are reall impressive with large fov.The ep's are very sharp and have good contrast.They are a littel heavy,Plus the instantjust can be a pain in a bino sometimes but the views are worth it.I will be comparing these to the 19pans next,I just tried a pair of 19mm axioms allready which were good for the money,The radians are shaper with better light transmission.The radian in mono is excellent also.The radians are really nice ep's.Allmost orthos shapness plus large fov and great eye releif what else can a person ask for.THANKS BOB HART

Been using this ep's for a while now in my 15in f4.5 obssesion.This is one excellent ep's.Starting to be my favorite.Great eye releif' better than the 16t5 by a littel.Larger eye lens,Great contrast and light transmission.Also barlows very well.Light weight so it can be used in a bino which i will try soon,Can't go wrong with this ep's.THANKS BOBHART

First off i did not rate the optics yet'They seem to be very good.Better than any i have used yet.I have this 15in obssesion for almost 6 months now.I ordered it back in may 2003 took only a month to get.I have the torus mirror with great numbers.This mirror was made after some of the torus problems were fix,This scope is so easy to put together and move.I have the kevlar sling and the scope stays collimated all night in all types of weather.I got the jmi dx-1 focuser and extra counter weight kit,I use a denkmeier bino and the views are breataking stars are pin point up to about 200x.I live in the ohio valley where seeing can be both good and bad.I have yet to really do a good startest but the optics seem very good.I look though alot of good scopes at starparties and my optics seem to be as good as the best.The movement of a obssesion is smooth as butter the best i have used.One needs no ladder with this scope and it only takes a few minutes to take down or put up.The finish is high grade.This scope is a keeper and gets alot of use.Total cost with shipping was about$4300.Will update later.THANKS BOB HART
