Subject: My Clave 8-10-12-16 By: Anonymous (xxx.xxx.68.2) Date: 08/24/2008 12:55:26 am PST Most of my good years of amateur astronomy were behind me when I accidentally discovered one night that the Clave's (bought in 1977 for planetary viewing) blew my 16mm Konigs out of the sky (1993) on objects like M-4 and M-17. I could see more stars and the images were a LOT clearer using the 16mm Clave in my 12 & 16" newtonians. Even the 12mm is spectacular. I want to take them with me when I go.
