Just received my JBL speakers and am very happy. Received an email within 24 hours with a tracking number to confirm shipping. This was my second order from them...first order was just as good. Saved hundreds off "Best Buy". Wish I had found them sooner! My ground delivery was prompt and the speaker is awesome. I would have preferred, however, that the package would have been double boxed, as upon receipt I noticed that the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked. But the speaker was fine, it looks great and more important, sounds fantastic! I will most definitely use Acoustic Sound Design again. Would have preferred double-boxing, since box condition was poor when received, but item worked fine. Price 25% less than Circuit City and other online sites. I search hi and low for a better price found some that were close, but most gave me that 'icky' feeling that they be gone with my money. Acoustic Sound Design answered my questions up front, even offered to get me some products that they did not list and took all the risk away by providing an extended warranty for my power filter. I saved enough on the speakers to make the Monster filter FREE even with warrantry. An damn that Monster Filter changed my video signal and audio output so much I can't believe it. Shipping from ASD was one or two days after my purchase and confirmed better than most big retail houses. Great experience buying and listening. Next purchase, one stop, ASD! The price was the best I found on the net, and the products arrived in good condition. I found Mike Embers, the CEO of Acoustic Sound Design, to be courteous and helpful. The only problem I had was the shipping. The shipment was split into three separate shipments, and only two have arrived. The shipping is s-l-o-w. I would suggest that if one orders from Acoustic Sound Design, and I recommend them, that you specify the shipping method, using a major carrier, particlularly if you live in an area outside 50 miles of a major hub airport. To recap, excellent price, courteous, helpful personnel, product as represented in original manufacturer packaging, but shipping is slow. I will order again, but will specify UPS ground, or other major carrier. Prcies were the best I have seen anywhere. The price for the 3600 was below What the "The Good guys" pays for it, much less sells it at. I would, and have reccomended this site to my firends and plan to purchase from here again. This company and their CEO will go out of their way to make you one happy person. The company is built on Trust, Saving consumers money that are ripped off my many retailers, and they care about you as a person. When you are told to "Trust Us", then put your trust in them and your worries aside. They will go out of their way to make you satisfied. My brother has been CEO of one of the largest global companies on this earth, and is presently CEO of a well known national company. I am mentioning this only becasue he got where he is today by pleasing people. Acoutistic Sound Design will do the same. I also want to mention that ASD had nothing to do with me writing this article. They have no idea of who my brother is and it will remain as such.
