As a ten year employee of Crutchfield, I have seen most of our major competitors lay off, and force pay cuts on their employees. Not here. We have had pay freezes, but I have never seen an employee let go due to anything other than incompetence. Perchance if the person who posted this message wasn't disgruntled about superior talent passing them by, they wouldn't have trashed the company. As for the comment about white males, I haven't seen anyone more deserving passed over in any promotion decision.
