I have one recon'd pair & am having a second pair done. They sound great. Subject: OHM F By: Anonymous (xxx.xxx.249.251) Date: 01/10/2005 06:39:06 am PST I have a pair of these great speakers and have enjoyed them for 30 years! However, due to downsizing I must "dipose" of them. The problem is that at the base of the drivers (large end), the paper-like material has deteriorated, so that at medium-high volumes there is a vibration. Ohm sells an upgrade kit, but they are too large for my new place. Any ideas where I get rid of these - not looking for much money, but shipping would likely cost a bit.
