I removed all connections and turned the volume up to 8, the same thing happens.Could this be the fuse on the the secondary power supply causing this problem. IF I need to take her in, any recommendations in the (510) area code (CA), that will do an honest job. Do all the surround sound stereos have power lose in surround but maybe for some reason its only being stated in the 939 specs and not on the other models or is their something Im missing.Does anybody Know? Hi, I have a TX-DS939 and today while watching a movie the sound stopped. I tried to reset holding the cd and video1 but it doesent fix it. When pressing buttons the following error message appears: DSP56K9 Error Anyobody know what is wrong or what has died? One gentleman said that has a service manual for this amp. Could you please check what does it says about this error. Thank you very much in advance! There are some on there or similar and you might have better luck selling it there and get a good price for it. Realistically, look at what you paid for it.
