My Tal 1M focuser accepts all my 1.25" barlows and eyepieces just fine. Meade, Celestron, Brandon, University Optics, TeleVue, and Chinese generics. You name it, it fits perfectly.

The older Tal eyepieces were slightly larger than 1.25",I used to wrap some packing tape around the barrel of stanard 1.25" ep's in order to make them fit.
Trouble was not all the ep's I tried reached focus with the Tal 1.More recent Tals are supplied with standard 1.25" focussers.
