We exchanged it for a replacement, which was also cold sensitive. The second laser was returned for a full refund. Response times for the exchange and for the refund were both two days. The customer is not still waiting! Jim >I ordered a grenn laser pointer, amount and a remote switch for the laser pointer. The price was great!
