These are amazing binoculars for the price. I would rate the value a 10+++ The BEST binocular of any kind that you can get for $200US. Wormanship is really good. Feels like they cost $1000. Pinpoint sharp, except fuzzy at extreme edge, which is only noticable during stargazing, and even then is very minimal. Multi-coatings on every optical surface, and they are a very deep green, and purple at an angle. The binoculars are very lightweight and a pleasure to hold. The focuser is very smooth. I wear glasses and the eye relief is twice as good as I need. Field of view is 6 degrees, which is more then acceptable. Things appear almost as bright as they do in my 4.5" reflector. The customer service is great, and they have a 20 year warrenty. I very highly recommend these, you won't be disappointed if you get them.

I have being using these binos for about a month now. Simply said, they are excellent. They are affordable and perform extremely well. These binos are contructed very well and feel more expensive than what they are. There is some blurring for objects on the peripheral FOV, but it's relatively minor. I would suggest these binos for any beginner and advanced amateur astronomer.
