Olympus Magellan 7x50 WP
Bought mine for about $150. Good binocs to carry around with you. Nice rubber coating gives good grip. Focusing is smooth, maybe a tad too stiff but not a real problem. Feels very solid without being heavy. Nice soft folding eyecups, good eyerelief. Daytime images are very sharp, with remarkable depth perception. Slight image distortion at outer 15% of view. Nighttime views are also very good, false color is only noticeable when you're looking for it, and only on Moon and brightest stars. Fully multicoated optics allow for excellent contrast. In short: go-anywhere and do-anything binocs. Highly recommended. Not perfect so I don't rate it a 10, but incredible value for money.

Good binos for the price.

sharp to the edge but have a drainpipe field.

Fully multicoated and very good for astronomy as they are light and easy to hold. What field there is is well corrected.

Not as sharp as Zeiss binos I've compared them with but a high quality product.

Light and comfortable, very easy to use for long periods.Excellent smooth focusing, star and planetary targets easy to focus to crystal clear image. I have used a wide range of bin's over some 30 years for astronomy, these are the brightest and sharpest 7 x 50s I have ever come across. My pair were purchased Christmas 2000, South Wales, UK, £160.00.
