Secure web transactions. Got the stuff, as i ordered it, 2 days later. Prices are very good. Only downside for me is that they're in CA, so I gotta pay tax.
Good selection.

Very fast delivery on both of the orders that I've placed through their web site. Others have led me to believe that better prices are available through Digital Eyes, however.

They have most DVD in stock and the shipping is great. Everything I have order arrives two days later if you purchase before 3pm pacific.

The service was great, they called me in Australia, during my daylight hours, to tell me that the title i was after was just sold out. The 2 times i have ordered from them, (only had a DVD player for two weeks), have both arrived within 4 days. There prices seem to be on par, if not a bit cheaper than other places i have visted.

FedEx (next day) for as many titles as you want for only $9.50. Nice job!

Terrific selection and great webpage. Other places just have a listing of what they could sell. DVD Express has a summary for each DVD and lists the extras. The also indicate if its in stock or not and will email you when an out of stock item is available. I've ordered several times and the two day shipping is great. I have over 20 DVD's now and I have only purchased 3 of them in person. It's so hard to find selection in stores but DVD Express solves that problem. I can't imagine a better way to buy DVD's.

Ordered 6 titles (online with visa card) from them and paid $3 for FedEx 2 day shipping. When I asked for the tracking # through their customer service email, I got a reply within 2hrs. I've only made this one order so far, but I intend to continue giving them my business as they seem prompt and efficient.

I have purchased 10 DVD titles from them, and all reach me here in New Zealand within one week. Suprisingly, I ordered 3 titles on Wednesday 11 March and they all turned up on Tuesday 17 March. I have never had a single problem with them and find their service and reliablility A1.

Fast service with fairly good prices (though not as good as VideoCave). Generally well-designed website. Unfortunately, their "shopping cart" system doesn't seem to allow preorders.
