Were go anywere else. Shopped around for The Matrix everyone had it at $17.50 were Blockbuster had it at $14.99. Shipping was prompt and great deals on pre-viewed DVD's.

I HAD A LOT OF BUISSNESS WITH BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONALY (MEXICO) AND I HAD NEVER HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH NONE OF THEM BUT LATELY I HAVE MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SMALLEST STORES THAT YOU HAVE IN INGLEWOOD, CALIFORNIA WITCH FOR BEEING THE SMALLEST IT HAD TO BE THE BEST. THE MANAGER IS THE RUDEST OF ALL THEY ARE ALLWAYS IN THE BACK DOING WHO KNOWS WHAT? YOU ASK FOR A MOVIE AND YOU HAVE TO HUNTER FOR IT NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE NIGHT BOX I WISH THAT YOU GUYS FIX THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU

cheated its customers.
Service is bad..complaints are often not resolved..
and customers are being charged for videos they never rented.

why can't the children's movies be cheaper? at family video..their childrens movies are rented for free. i think that if the prices were lowered, then maybe, for once, the kids movies would leave the shelf.. and also, just movies in general.. have you thought about lowering the prices for movies that are not new releases? it's possible that you may have better sales.. for example.. having old release 3 dollars instead of 4... and new releases are still 4 dollars.. think about it... and if this happens... i'll be the first to go there....everyweekend....literally. thanks!
