Service was excellent. Called to order a center channel speaker for 265 and ended up spending 875 when informed of other specials they had. I received an excellent price on all items, and had been shopping around for over a month before contacting them. Note that the items I purchased were on special, their other prices didn't seem as hot. Items were shipped same day, so no complaints there. Shipping was a little high, but then the total shipping weight was over 80 pounds (order included a subwoofer), and they informed me that the subwoofer was increasing the shipping cost. Overall an excellent experience.

I didn't have as great an experience as the others. I ordered a set of black Energy Take 5s and ES10 Sub. They sent me the wrong color twice, UPS lost the 3rd set, the fourth set arrived and one of the speakers was broken. I sent it back and got a quick replacement. All in all it took over 2 weeks to get everthing straight. I'm still waiting for them to credit my Visa for the return shipping charges for returning the wrong color speakers. Overall they seemed helpful and I realize some of the problems were not their fault, but I don't think I'll buy anything from them again.

I recieved a pair of Infinity Overature 3's,CC3 Center and HPS250 Subwoofer that
I had ordered from SoundPros toward the end of August.They came in perfect shape
with the best assistance and price that I have ever experienced{including some
highly rated local retailers!!!}I will definatley buy again-no problems here!!

I need to revise my earlier rating of 7 and make it a 10. In all fairness I got an Email from them the next day after my previous post, that my account was credited for the shipping charges plus a little extra for the aggravation. I don't know if my posting had anything to do with it but they set things straight so in my book they're okay and I would buy from them again.

Just purchased a Sony ES Strda50ES and DV-414 Pioneer DVD player from Soundpros
and both items showed up 3-day select by U.P.S in perfect condition as promised
by Scott.These guys are great!I asked alot of questions regarding Home Theater
equipment and system set-up with all questions answered very efficiently.I look
forward to buying my speakers from them next month{when I can afford them}Prices,service and help was great.I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest place to shop!!!

No vote here, but before buying anything from these people you really need to check with the respective manufacturer, as they are not authorozed for mail order or internet sales for most of the products they sell on their site. It's a big risk that I took when buying a Sony ES receiver at a great price from another company. I now have a lovely $800 boat anchor. Caveat emptor, you know.

They shipped the NHT Superone Xus instead of the regular wooden-cabinet Superones I ordered. I am still waiting for their response if they will reimburse me for returned shipping cost.

Just got off the phone with Scott. He was very friendly and helpful. I already knew what I wanted but was looking for a place I felt comfortable with to buy. Scott was upfront and the price was right. I ordered an H/K AVR65. I am excited about my purchase and am looking forward to doing business with Soundpros again. In todays marketplace it is very hard to find someone who is knowledgable and willing to take time for you. Scott was a refreshing break from status quo. I will withold a rating till I get the receiver, but so far it's a 10.

To simply put it, the service was great with very competitive prices. I returned an 8" powered subwoofer I bought from a local electronic store when I saw I can get an Infinity BU120 12" powered sub. for the same price from Sound Pros. It only took 2 days. Scott was OK and very helpfull.

Soundpros is a great place to buy online. Scott definitely goes out of his way to make sure that you get your product. I have even heard that he will go to a local store and buy the product for you if the product you ordered is backordered.

Last summer, I ordered a set of Take-5s and an Onkyo THX828. The Take-5s were on backorder, so Scott delivered them 2 day air the first day they came in...no extra charge!!!

As far as service, soundpros ranks tops!!! When the products are in stock, they come delivered in a reasonable time. When they are not, they get there as fast as possible :)

Their prices arent the best on the web, but the extra bucks you spend are well worth it considering the care Scott takes to make sure you are happy. Soundpros are definitely worth buying from and will always be on my comparison list.

I just received my Pioneer VSX-D608,Infinity CMS-2, and Pioneer DV-414 from this
company 2 days ago and it was the most impressive combination of product for price,sound,and ease of set-up.Scott recommended this system to me,when I called asking for a Sony STRDE925 receiver.What great advice!! I will continue to do business with this company in the future!!!!Ask for Scott when looking for
a great package deal.

I've ordered from SoundPros twice (Energy Take5 speaker system & Sony DVP-S550 DVD player) and both times got excellent advice/prices and no problems with delivery.

Scott double-boxed the Sony while we were on the phone. The price was the best I had seen ($415 including shipping) and I felt very comfortable with the purchase.
