Federal Stereo
Placed order 3/31/02. It's now 4/30/02. I have not received my order (although the items were supposedly in stock). I asked them to use UPS Ground. One of the orders was really simple: Two cables. The other was an Adcom preamp.
My card was charged 4/1/02. I have not received response to two e-mails on 4/10/02 and 4/27/02. I am talking to MasterCard to get a refund.
The prices were good though. But they just don't deliver the merchandise.

Bought sub woofer. Great Price! No Service. Customer Service is poor. Would not buy again.

I order klipsch rf-35 speaker.I call to see if they had them
and they did. They were at my house in less than a week
Very good service.

Their prices are good but their service is absolutely horrible. They need to go back to school and learn to how to communicate properly with customers. All they're interested in doing is charging your credit card and getting you off the phone as quickly as possible. Don't buy from them! They are definitely not worth the aggravation you will experience.
