They only have hours after 11AM They won't provide tracking and or any shipping info. They say it is in stock when it is not. Just tell you to "wait a few days"

My order was never filled, and I was not notified of the problem until several follow-ups on my part. I placed an order over the phone because the website did not distinguish style. I called the next day to confirm the order. Ten days later I called for the status and was told the order had not been placed, and the product was not available. Each time that I called, I was treated poorly. Finally, the last time, I was hung up on.

I would not deal with this firm again and would advise all others to steer clear. I would strongly recommend that Yahoo! drop 800stereo as a merchant as it tarnishes the Yahoo! name. As a result of this experience, I probably will not deal with Yahoo! shopping again without hearing back from Yahoo! about this situation.
