Sound Distributors
I purchased a Monster Cable Power Center. It was shipped really quickly, unfortunatly to the wrong address. I was able to contact UPS and change it, but it was a hastle. Regardless, cost savings by purchasing it through Sound Distributors was around $100.00. That alone was worth the hastle of the shipping.

I ordered a pair of Infinity Powered Tower Speakers model IL60.
The left speaker box did not have the correct speaker grill covers.
I contacted your company two times since I received the speakers and both times I was told that the proper covers would be sent to me. I still have not received these covers.
It has been over three months and I still have not had my problem addressed!

I purchased a Sony ES777 Receiver and Polk Audio RM7200/PSW550 Speakers from SD over a year ago. I was totally Satisfied with the price and service. I'd purchase from them again. I still haven't found this gear cheaper anywhere else! Couldn't comment about shipping - I live 10 miles from their warehouse and picked it up myself. Eric did help me load the truck...

Sent in a speaker for warranty repair on May 26th, received a different speaker back. Was told they would have original speaker on July 4th. E-mailed them on the 15th got no reply, sent 4 more e-mails and they have not replied. I have no idea why I am being treated this way, I have been very patient and cordial. I would never buy from them again.

I called in because I wanted to get some more information about a pair of outdoor speakers. After discussing my needs the person I was speaking with suggested I would be happiest with the Polk Audio Atriums. I purchased 2 pair and an additional pair of Klipsch RCR-5's. All arrived in just a few short days with standard shipping. The price was incridible and the speakers look great. It will be a few months before I install them as I am building a new house but I doubt I will have any problems.

I ordered a Klipsch sub, center channel, and surround speakers from Eric. He split the order up so I could get the in-stock items quickly. I changed (upgraded) one of the items before it shipped, and Eric changed that with no hassle. I got the equipment I wanted at a great price and received good service. What more is there to ask? I'd buy from them again.

I wanted to commend you for the superior care and concern for my order of a Denon DVD-1600 DVD Player and Denon AVR-4802. As a 60 year old consumer I was uninformed about a surround sound system. You were able to coordinate with your distributor in New York, and from your own inventories to enable the two component arrival at my home in Colorado in a timely fashion.

You were always close with your 1-800 number to advise me on the shipment. This close coordination allowed for the arrival of the Denon units for a weekend assembly by my son and his wife, who flew out for the weekend to set up "the parental units" with a 21st century system. Thank you very much for offering the alternative to chain store shopping. I appreciate your service and dedication, and also for picking up the extra charges for 3-day UPS shipping from New York of the 4802 unit!

I've been waiting 2 weeks for my Klipsch speakers, when I checked with the shipping co. I was told they were sent to an address 3200 miles away. They checked with this Eric guy at Sound Distributors and I was told that he wanted me to call him. When I did, he acted put out, and said that they're out of stock and might have some with a big shipment by the end of the week. At this point the whole exchange resembles a high school drug deal.

I ordered a set of Polk Audio speakers from these folks 6 months ago. They were sent to the wrong address, and I was forced to go pick them up myself.(at least in the right state). I contacted them immediately, and was told they were going to see their UPS rep in the next week and he would make it right. One of the grids was also cracked, and they told me they would send me a replacement. I called after 3 weeks, and same story, again after another month, same crap. To this date have not heard from them, nor received the promised replacement or correction from UPS. I am ready to order more speakers, and guess what they won't be getting my order, nor have they got orders from my friends for several $1000 they probably would have got if they had not cheated and lied to me.

Eric is a busy guy, judging from their great prices. Lowest I could find ANYWHERE on Klipsch speakers. I bought a pair of RF-7's, had delivered to my door in 6 business days. Items received as promised in perfect NEW condition. No problems. Saved about $500 over my local AV store - anybody can pay retail!!!

I purchased a Klipsch RC35 center channel from this store. TWO months ago - Dec 2005, I sent the speaker in for repair. I made numerous phone calls about the status of my repair.

Finally, on 2/10/06, I called and was told the speaker was fixed and was shipped.

On 2/24, I had not received the speaker, so I called again. This time he told me to email him so he could send the tracking number. So I emailed him.

On 2/26, he finally replied to my email stating that the speaker had NOT been shipped and he needed my address. So I emailed my address. I also have left 4 phone calls on his answering machine. His website says they are open 8-5 Monday thru Sunday. Don't believe it, they don't even answer their phone.

This store has low prices but their aftermarket service is the non-existent.

TWO months and counting and I still don't have my repaired center channel.

Recently bought a Premier Acoustic PA-8F Home theatre system, a pair of PA wall and ceiling speakers from Sound Distributors. I placed an online bid on what I thought was a low bid for the PA-8F system and within 3 minutes my cell is ringing. Not only did Eric accept the bid, he ended up throwing in two extra PA-8S surround speakers to boot. Every time I call or e mail a question or request it is answered within the hour every time (I'm talking at 8-10 contacts within the last month). When I needed to exchange a pair of speakers for a wall pair, Eric knocked the price down on the wall pair another 10-15%. I ended up keeping the extra Surround speakers and now have an 11.2 system. Great Service!!!!!
