I was uncertain about ordering audio equipment online, but the fact that SD is registered at the Better Business Bureau and has many favorable reviews eased my mind. My Energy Take 5.2 + S8.2 sub system arrived in good condition.

I was definitely leery of throwing down hundreds of dollars for audio equipment with a company that I had previously never heard of, besides the fact that it was over the internet, but the great price was just too low to pass up. The product (speakers) arrived on time, more or less( it took approx. 2 weeks) and in the factory boxes. I was a little concerned about the warranty, but Eric convinced me that if there were any problems, he would stand behind it. So far, so good though. When I am in the market for audio equipment in the future, SD will be on the top of my list.

Sound Distributors had everything I needed from DVD - to outdoor speakers. They saved me about $400.00 over Crutchfield. I felt confident reading other reviews as well as the warrantee program they offer. I received my order in about 1 week from when I placed it. I will buy again from them if i need any more home electronics in the future.

Bought an Energy Encore system from them through Ebay. I chose the 'buy it now' option and saved $500 from buy the system locally from Good Guys etc. I also saved the sales tax I would have been charged. They responded to emails within a day. Overall, very good.

Eric was very patient with me despite the fact that I kept changing the order that I wanted him to put together. The equipment arrived safe and sound. I am hoping that I never need to find out how Eric handles warranty problems! But if I do, I am sure that he will allow all to run smoothly!
