LG-2360P
After having multiple problems with my Kenwood DVF-5010, I decided to get a new player. I have just purchased this player and it works perfectly. With more features than the DVF-5010, and considering 2 years ago I purchased the Kenwood for $1295, and this week purchased the LG for $488 (AUS) I cannot believe the quality of this player.

LG-2360P
I have owned one of these for approx 18 months (since jan 2000)
and have had no problems whatsoever.
picture quality very good
sound quality in 5.1 mode excellent
reliability very good
only minor setback Zone 4 only
but since you can now own more than 2200 Zone 4 DVD's
its not such a big setback

LG-2360P
paid $750 for this dvd back in 2000. It won't play SVCDs or MP3.

However it plays VCD, CDR, CDRW and DVD-R

While it can't do everything, the picture quality is alot better than the cheap all-in-one dvds that you can buy now....and I can't bring myself to get rid of it

I cannot seem to play DVD-R on this player. Is there any tricks I should know about.
