Once again, Yoshitoshi ABe, the director, makes another 13 episode series that should be 26. If you have watched Serial Experiments Lain and Haibane Renmei, then you will know what I mean. However, unlike those two master pieces, this one REALLY disapointed me.

Animation - 9 - Really cool, fluid CG, and real life camera angles too. Director ABe does not disapoint in this area. The animation alone makes this fun to watch and keeps the high standard that anime should be.

Story - 3 - As you can tell with my rating, this is where my beef is. This anime is all based on character development. There is no plot to take over the earth, or anything like that. It is all about the characters here, but there must be SOMETHING more than that. The only anime I have seen that gets away with this is Azumanga Daioh and this is not even close to what Azumanga Daioh became. There must be some background or some reason to get to like these characters, and it drove me nuts!!! Maybe the 3 is too harsh, but this anime could have been so much more because of it.

Humor - 10 - While the story was poor, the humor in it made me laugh out loud. You may be offended depending on your level of sensitivity on Indian humor. Its all about AM 7 PM 11

Sound Track - 6 - The end song was really nice. The opening song you will either love it or hate it, and I was not really a big fan of it, but it was decent overall.

Overall - 7 - It was good, but it could have been so much better.
